What to expect from a homeopathic consultation for animals
Homeopathy for animals is much the same as humans. We look for the symptoms that are presenting themselves and I do an interview with the human family to find out if there have been any underlying causes for the changes in their pet. Sometimes it is the unnoticed things like children going away to college, or the death of a human in the family or something not thought of that can be the underlying reason for the animal to get sick. It’s very much the same process as observing what is happening and figuring out which remedy would best to address the problem that is happening for the animal. It’s kind of like being a detective and looking for the clues. Moving and transitions of death affect all animals in one way or another or sometimes it’s just an injury – just like in humans we strain or overuse a body part like a tendon or ligament.
Our own cat “Diego” will be 13 years old soon. After he lost a brother and sister cat, he wasn’t himself emotionally, needier than usual and crying in the house looking for his “fur family”. After a while we noticed that he was having difficulty in climbing the stairs and he couldn’t jump up like he used to. I gave him a remedy for the loss of his “siblings” and he improved quite fast. I repeat this remedy when I see that he is getting a little sore now and again and he has ease of movement back again after that.

I have always had a great love of all animals, and I believe they are here to keep us vibrationally well. When I started to do “hands on” work with people my cat Coral used to want to be up on the table when I worked with certain people.
